Inocente “Vince/Chente” Sarinana Jaramillo, 74 of Garden City, Colorado, passed away on December 10, 2020 in Ft. Collins, Colorado, after battling COVID-19.

He was born to Emilia and Carlos Jaramillo on December 28, 1945 in Jauja, Mexico.

Vince loved listening and dancing to Tejano/Tex-Mex music, “going to the chancla”, being in the water, playing cards, shooting pool, betting on horses and spending time with his family.

He enjoyed making Caldo De Res and one of a kind breakfasts for his kids and they loved it! His kids Adeleida “Dela” Jaramillo, James Jaramillo, Adrian Castillo, and Sandra Castillo-Meza were his world. He served his country in the USMC and earned a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He was a war hero and his kid’s hero as well!

He is survived by his children; siblings, Lucio, Alejandro “Shorte”, and Guadalupe “Lupe” Jaramillo, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

He will be joining one of his grandchildren, Mathew Elijah T. Jaramillo in heaven.

He will be missed by all that knew him, but all that knew him will definitely never forget him!

Where do I start when I first met you couldn’t remember my name so you named me Sweetness and it stuck. I was very proud of name because you gave it to me. We would watch the bears games together go to the movies . We danced and laughed. You always had jokes to share with us. You would say a la chingada lol. You were an amazing man Vince a great father and an amazing role model for your kids. You will always be missed but never forgotten. Thanks for always being so sweet and loving with me. You will live forever in my heart

Love Always,
Your Sweetness
