Carol Jimenez, 57 died on Wednesday the 26th of February, 2020 in Greeley, Colorado. She
was born April 17, 1962 to Conrad Esparza Sr. and Connie Arellano (Martinez) in Greeley,Colorado.

Carolyn was raised by her beloved Grandma, Amilia Martinez. Her health complications
started at a very young age. Carolyn spent her teenage years going to school and helping her
grandmother with the daily household chores. On her 22nd birthday, April 17, 1984, Carolyn
welcomed her first born child Emily Ann Esparza in to the world. April 17th has been and forever will be a special day for both mother and daughter. All though doctors advised Carolyn against having more children due to high risk factors, she had a second child. Jose Jesus Hembry was born on February 4th, 1987. Carolyn worked various jobs to support her little family. She struggled with various health issues from heart failure to diabetes and kidney failure. No matter what, she always kept a positive attitude towards life. Even on her worst days she devoted her life to God and to serving his good will. She enjoyed spreading His good word to anyone who would lend an ear. Carolyn was well known for having a kind heart and generous spirit. Many times she would help anyone in need without question. Carolyn was a devoted grandmother to her five grandchildren always teaching them the word of God and taking them to Church. She loved people, and she had a smile that would light up the dimmest of rooms, she loved volunteering her time serving the homeless at the Salvation Army. She loved helping during the holiday season in all aspects. Carolyn had a passion for crocheting. She loved making blankets for her family and friends. Baby Blankets were her specialty. After enduring nine long years of dialysis treatment, Carolyn made the choice to stop treatment and move on to be with the Lord. She was a devoted mother of two, grandmother of five, sister to many, and a friend to all.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Emily Ann Pereda(Esparza) and her son Jose Jesus Hembry;
five grandchildren, Moraima Guadarrama, Luis Enrique Pereda, Elias Ulisses Pereda,
Michael Paul Torres Jr. and Maliaha Nina Torres; her mother Connie Arellano (Martinez) ; six
brothers, Rick Arellano, Gary Arellano, Thomas Arellano, Jerry Arellano, Raymond (Tracey)
Arellano and Jeromie Arellano; three sisters, Debbie Arellano, Lisa (John) Tafoya, Connie (Eric
